Replace five dashboards with one morning email.

By Stromation · updated July 2026 · practical guide

The average solo operator starts the day by opening five tabs: Stripe, the CRM, analytics, the inbox, maybe a spreadsheet. Twenty minutes later you have a vague sense of how things are going and you have not done any actual work. A morning digest kills that ritual.

What it is

One short email, waiting for you each morning, with the only numbers that matter: money in yesterday, new customers or leads, and the one thing that needs you today. Pulled automatically from the tools you already use, summarized in plain English.

The flow

  1. Trigger: a schedule in n8n fires every morning before you wake up.
  2. Pull: it grabs yesterday's numbers from Stripe (revenue, new customers) and any other source you add (CRM, analytics).
  3. Summarize: Claude turns the raw numbers into a calm four-line brief, plus a suggested focus for the day.
  4. Send: it lands in your inbox. You read it over coffee and close the laptop.

Why it matters: dashboards are pull, and pull is a tax on your attention. A digest is push. You stop checking and start knowing, which is the whole point of running a business that runs itself.
