What We Collect

When you subscribe to the daily briefing we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. When you contact us we collect what you send us. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type) — this data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

How We Use It

• Your email address is used for exactly one thing: sending the daily briefing (and, rarely, service notices about it).
• We never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. Sponsor messages appear inside our email — sponsors never receive the list.
• Analytics data is used to improve the site and, in aggregate form only, to describe our audience to potential sponsors.

Unsubscribing & Deletion

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. To have your data deleted entirely, email contact@stromation.com and we will remove it within 7 days.

Where Data Lives

Subscriber data is stored in our own database (Supabase) and processed by our self-hosted automation system. Email is delivered via our own mail infrastructure. We do not use third-party marketing platforms that build advertising profiles from our list.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.

Client Projects

For custom automation work, data handling is defined in the individual project agreement. We access client systems only as needed for the agreed scope.
