Stromation ("we") operates stromation.com: a daily AI news briefing, an email newsletter, a curated AI tools directory, and an automation studio that takes on select client projects. These terms cover your use of the site and newsletter. Client automation projects are governed by their individual written agreements.
The daily briefing is free. By subscribing you agree to receive one email per day. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We never sell or share your email address.
Our daily picks and analysis are editorial opinion, produced with the help of an automated pipeline and reviewed practices described on our About page. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or professional advice. "The move" is a suggestion from builders, not a guarantee of outcomes. We link to original sources for every story — verify details there before acting on them.
Tools listed in the directory are editorial selections. If a listing or newsletter placement is paid or uses an affiliate link, we disclose it. Sponsorship does not buy editorial coverage in the daily pick.
Site content is owned by Stromation LLC. You may quote or share excerpts with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication of our content is not permitted without written consent.
Custom automation projects are scoped, priced, and governed by individual proposals or agreements. Upon full payment, clients own the custom workflows built for their project. Stromation retains general methodologies and non-confidential learnings.
The site and newsletter are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates from third-party tools we cover or integrate with.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stromation's liability for any claim arising from the site, newsletter, or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (for free services, zero). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Do not use the site or newsletter for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or misuse our forms and endpoints.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
