Missed-call recovery, end to end
Scenario: a fictional HVAC company misses an afternoon call about a failed AC unit.
What the system did in testing: detected the simulated missed call, sent the first text within seconds, collected name, issue, city and urgency over five messages, created a structured CRM record, and alerted the on-call person with a summary and booking link.
What this proves: the technical flow works as designed, with duplicate protection, opt-out handling and human takeover tested. It does not prove business results, which is what the pilot program exists to measure.

Stromation is currently taking its first three founding pilot customers. Each pilot records a baseline before launch, measures the same numbers after launch, and publishes results here only with the customer's approval and with limitations stated.
If the results are mixed, we will say so. Proof that cannot survive honesty is not proof.
