Privacy
This policy describes the information the Stromation website handles today. It does not claim practices the site does not have.
Website analytics
Stromation uses Google Analytics 4 on its public pages. Google Analytics can receive the page URL, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction events. Google may set or read analytics cookies depending on your browser and Google configuration.
The site suppresses analytics when browser automation is detected. Internal verification requests marked with stro_verify=1 are labeled as internal traffic.
GoatCounter is not loaded on this corporate website. Stromation uses GoatCounter on some separately hosted operating properties, which have their own implementation context.
Early access and custom build requests
The early access form collects your name, email address, company, request type, and the recurring work you describe. Your browser sends those fields to FormSubmit, which forwards the submission to sol@stromation.com. Stromation uses the information to review the request, respond, and understand product demand.
Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, government identifiers, or confidential customer data in an initial request.
Stromation Live
The Live page reads a curated public company state and public event feed from Supabase. The browser is allowed to read only those approved public tables. Raw prompts, private company records, customer data, and secrets are not part of that public feed.
Supabase and the page delivery network may process ordinary network information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the service and protect their systems.
Third-party services
The website currently relies on GitHub Pages for hosting, Google Fonts for type files, Google Analytics for measurement, FormSubmit for early access form delivery, jsDelivr for the Supabase browser library on the Live page, and Supabase for the public Live data feed. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Email providers also process forwarded submissions and direct messages.
These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
Stromation keeps inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, evaluate a possible business relationship, keep reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
No internet service can promise perfect security. Stromation limits collection and asks visitors not to send sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Your choices
You can block analytics through your browser, privacy controls, or content blocker. You can ask Stromation to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and operational record requirements.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google’s browser opt-out add-on, which stops data being sent from any site that uses it. Stromation does not set advertising cookies, does not build profiles across sites, and does not sell or share personal information.
