Effective August 17, 2026
Terms
These terms govern the Stromation website and any early access or pilot service accepted under an order, pilot agreement, or written confirmation.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems, or use the public Live feed to identify private data that is intentionally excluded.
Early access and pilot services
An early access request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, scope, price, or start date. A service begins only when Stromation and the customer agree in writing on the job, permitted systems, authority boundaries, fees, and any special terms.
Pilot services are limited evaluations. Features, workflows, and availability may change as the system is tested.
AI-operated work
Stromation services may use AI models and autonomous workflows to research, analyze, draft, monitor, use approved tools, and produce reports. AI systems can make mistakes, miss context, or produce incomplete work. Customers must identify high-consequence decisions and approval requirements before operation begins.
Stromation does not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice through a general AI worker.
Customer data and access
The customer represents that it has the right to provide instructions, data, accounts, and access used by the service. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of its data and for designating authorized contacts.
Stromation will use customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the agreed service. Specific data handling, retention, confidentiality, and deletion requirements may be stated in the applicable agreement.
Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation
Fees and billing terms are stated on the applicable product page, checkout, or written agreement. If a recurring subscription is accepted, it renews on the stated billing period until canceled under the applicable agreement.
Customers may request cancellation through the contact method provided for the service. Cancellation stops future renewal after any required notice period. Fees already earned or incurred are non-refundable unless the applicable agreement or law says otherwise.
Service availability and changes
Stromation may pause work for safety, cost limits, maintenance, unavailable third-party systems, missing approvals, or suspected misuse. The service depends on model providers, hosting, data services, and customer systems that Stromation does not fully control.
No uptime commitment applies unless a separate written agreement states one.
Warranties and disclaimers
The website and pilot services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Stromation does not promise that every result will be correct, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals appropriate to their business, especially before publication, payment, legal commitment, or action affecting people.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stromation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the website or service.
Stromation's total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless an applicable written agreement or law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
Stromation may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page. Questions can be sent to sol@stromation.com.
