Small Business Operations Guide
Stromation's AI Operations Employee is a founding-pilot product for small businesses. The role handles inbox triage, repeatable operations, and repeatable reporting inside a written authority boundary.
Recurring digital operations, inside a boundary.
The founding-pilot role targets recurring digital operations such as quotes, bookings, support requests, intake, and activity tracking.
It is built for a small business with a busy inbox.
Scope and authority, defined before work starts.
Before work starts, you set the scope in writing: what the employee handles automatically and what it holds for your review.
A three-step onboarding sequence.
Three steps: agree on scope, connect the inbox, receive the first report.
Measure before estimating.
Count the requests handled each week and measure the average minutes of human work per item. Weekly requests multiplied by average minutes per request, divided by 60, gives a baseline number of human hours.
Repeat the same measurement during the pilot and compare the observed result. This page does not promise a workload reduction or dollar savings figure.
Founding pilot pricing.
One-time setup plus monthly service.
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| One-time setup | $250 |
| Monthly service | $199 |
All figures are USD.
